Pursuant to the provisions of art. 13 D.lgs. 196/03 (“Code regarding the protection of personal data”) that “Eureka kit” does not collect personal data of visitors and users of this site.
However, we need a certain amount of personal data for some services, for example if you request informational material or if you request to be contacted or for an order. The data can also be collected during previous contacts or during medical-scientific information activities or collected in public lists that can be consulted by anyone.
However, all data are subject to “Eureka kit” of manual and / or computer processing for the sole purpose of transmitting a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user. In other words, these are cookies that are essential for the operation of the site or necessary to perform activities requested by the user.
The processing of personal data takes place scrupulously respecting the principles of confidentiality and security required by the aforementioned law and is always inspired by the principles of fairness and confidentiality.
The data processed may be communicated or, in any case, may only be known to the “Eureka kit” staff and to the network of scientific informants of the drug assigned for this purpose.
All data concerning you will be kept and stored for a period of time no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected and processed, in accordance with the art. 11, paragraph 1, lett. e) of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (“Processing methods and data requirements”).
As an interested party, we inform you that you can, at any time, make use of the faculties and rights assigned to you by the art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03 (“Right to access personal data and other rights”) and more precisely:
obtain confirmation of the existence or not of data concerning them and their communication in an intelligible form by requesting the Data Controller and the Data Processor of our Company, as indicated below;
obtain the indication of the origin of personal data, of the purposes and methods of processing, of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
obtain the indication of the identification details of the Owner, the Managers and the designated Representative;
obtain the indication of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as a designated Representative in the territory of the State, of Managers or Persons in Charge;
obtain updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those for which storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
the attestation that the operations referred to in the previous points have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
oppose the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
